The Icelandic budget airline WOW air has announced it is adding four new destinations in the US. The four destinations will be served by the new Airbus A321 airplanes WOW purchased recently.
The new destinations WOW air is adding are St Louis in Missouri, Cincinnati and Cleveland Ohio and Detroit in Michigan. WOW air will fly to the destinations three times each week.
The move comes on the heels of Icelandair's announcement it would start flying to Cleveland in 2018. Analysts believe the two airlines are stepping in to fill the void left by the bankruptcy of German airline Air Berlin.
