Around 200 foreign guests and scientists have arrived in Iceland to witness the total solar eclipse on Friday. The group will view the magnificent phenomena from aboard an specially equipped Icelandair airplane and, therefore, will not have to worry about Friday’s cloudy weather forecast.

According to RÚV the sightseeing tour does not come cheap; its estimated cost is over one million krónur per person, that’s around 6,760 euros or 7,180 US dollars.
