The weekend weather will likely be rather calm but nippy, according to the IMO.

The south and the west will experience a light easterly breeze with perhaps one or two light snow showers during the day. The norther regions will be mostly clear. Minimum temperature -18 degrees Celsius (-0.4 Fahrenheit) in the northeast.

Saturday: A light variable wind and clear periods around the country. Outbreaks of snow are expected the western part of the country during the afternoon. Minimum temperature around -12 degrees Celsius (10 Fahrenheit) in the northeast.

Sunday: A strong southeasterly breeze will pick up in the southwest during the day with some patches of snow or sleet. The northeast should stay dry with some sunshine. Minimum temperature -5 degrees Celsius (23 Fahrenheit).
