Southeast 10 to 15 m/s (22-34mph), but somewhat stronger in the west. Rain, but dry in the northeast at first. Southerly wind 8 to 15 by noon and rain or sleet, but rain- or snowshowers in the south and west. Lighter wind and clearing in the north and east by evening. Becoming southeast 10 to 15 m/s with rain tonight and in the morning, first in the southwest. Lighter south wind and rainshowers in the southwest late noon tomorrow. Temperature 1 to 8 degrees C (34-46 F).
