The bad weather in Iceland continues in most places. Winds are expected to decrease in West Iceland in the afternoon but strong gusts will continue in the Southeast until late afternoon. Avalanche danger ratings are still considerable in the Westfjords.
There were little or no reports of damages or accidents caused by yesterday’s storm, however, it did cause some travel troubles as the video in this link clearly shows; People passing Höfðatorg in Reykjavík were blown over by the strong gusts of wind.
