Variety was given exclusive access to the trailer for “Rams”, an Icelandic film by Grímur Hákonarson, which world premieres in the Un Certain Regard section of this year’s Cannes Film Festival.

The drama tells of two brothers that live in a remote valley in North Iceland. The brothers, played by Sigurður Sigurjónsson and Theodór Júlíusson, haven’t spoken to each other in forty years but are forced to join forces in order to save their beloved sheep and their prize-winning rams.
