Iceland’s first professional surfer, Heiðar Logi Elíasson, can be seen surfing the waves in East Iceland in this fantastic video created by outdoor clothing brand 66 North.
Heiðar Logi surfed all around the world, visiting such places as France, Spain, Canada and the US to practise the sport.
“Everyone is looking for the perfect wave,” he told news website Vísir. “Iceland is the perfect spot for that, seeing as there are very few people fighting for the same wave.”
