Warning: Strong wind gusts up to 108 km/h (67mph) expected in parts of Iceland 3031

The Icelandic Met office (IMO) has issued a warning to travellers. Today (Wednesday) a northeast gale wind or more than 18 m/s (65 km/h, 40 mph) is expected with strong wind gusts up to 30 m/s (108 km/h, 67mph) in the Staðarsveit area in South Iceland and also in the southern Westfjords.
