Increasing southeast wind with sleet or rain, first in the south, 10 to 18 m/s this evening, but 18 to 23 m/s in the southernmost part and widely strong windgusts by mountains. Easterly wind, 10 to 18 m/s tonight and tomorrow and widely rain, but considerable rain in the southeast. Rather lighter wind in the southwest. Temperature 0 to 8 degrees C, mildest in the south.
