Two earthquakes over magnitude 5 struck at Bárðarbunga last night 2033

Two big earthquakes have struck at Bárðarbunga from midnight reports the Icelandic Met Office. The first, M5.2 hit at 12.52 in the southeastern part of the caldera rim and the second, M5.4 at 02.18 in the northeastern part of the rim.

Around 70 earthquakes have been detected at Bárðarbunga in the last 24 hours. That's 30 more than at the same time yesterday.

The Holuhraun eruption continous with same pace. The eruption is visible in web cameras but the view is not very good due to weather in the area.
