Flights were delayed to and from Iceland when aviation workers staged a 5-hour work stoppage at all domestic and international aiports this morning between 4am and 9am. This was the second work stoppage from the beginning of the month. The first was April 8 and the third is planned on Friday April 25.
An all-out strike is scheduled for April 30th if the wage dispute has not been solved.
Negotiations between Iceland's Aviation Workers Association and The Icelandic Civil Aviation Administration (Isavia) are ongoing.
