As of Thursday morning 23 men’s teams and 5 women’s teams had signed up for the competition. Among the teams who will be competing are the men’s teams The Minutemen, Hej Allihopa, and the team The Clean Boys Squad (which is a play on words, as a young man who has not yet had intimate relations is referred to as a hreinn sveinn, which translates to either pure or clean young man), and the women’s teams FC Shit-cool and A cat in a swamp.
You can still sign up! And even if you don’t have a full team, you can join the oddball teams. Registration and further information can be found here.
