The second annual Alvogen Midnight Time Trial will be held on July 3rd at Harpa Concert Hall in downtown Reykjavik. The event is set to crown the fastest biker in Iceland, while also benefitting a good cause.
Sponsored by Alvogen, a multinational pharmaceutical company with headquerters in Iceland, in collaboration with UNICEF and the Red Cross.
All enrollment fees from the race will directly support the education of young girls in Madagascar. Additional funds will also support a vocational training school in Sierra Leone.
In 2013, Alvogen raised over $80,000 to benefit charity and hopes to surpass that figure for this year´s event.
