Icelandic strongman Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson hurled a 15 kg keg (33 lbs) over a 7.15 metre (23.4 ft) bar during the 2016 World’s Strongest Man competition in Botswana, thereby beating his own record mark from the Arnold Classic Strongman in the US.
Hafþór is likely best known for his role as ‘The Mountain’ in the wildly popular HBO series Game of Thrones.
