According to Mbl.is actor Gísli Örn Garðarsson is currently collaborating with Irish playwright Enda Walsh on a play based on the Icelandic Sagas. The play is set to be performed in the Royal National Theatre London in the near future.
Gísli Örn is a member of Icelandic theatre group Vesturport which has performed in the United States, Europe and Australia. In 2011 the group received the Europe Prize New Theatrical Realities for its work.
