The population in Iceland is now 328.170 people – 164.710 men and 163.460 women, reports the National Broadcasting Service.
According to numbers compiled Statistics Iceland the population grew by 1.130 people during this year’s third quarter. 2.590 people moved to the country while 2.170 people left Iceland to live abroad. Most people moved to Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
