Holtavörðuheiði mountain road is closed to traffic and the road across Brattabrekka, West Iceland, is currently impassable due to snow. Fróðárheiði on Snæfellsnes peninsula is closed to traffick.
Kleifarheiði in the Westfjords is currently impassable and a blizzard is reported on the road across Hálfdán, on Hjallaháls and on Steingrímsfjarðarheiði road.
Öxnardalsheiði in North Iceland is closed to traffic due to heavy snow and so are the roads across Mývatns- and Möðrudalsöræfi and Jökuldalur valley.
The road accross Oddskarð, East Iceland, is extremely slippery and road conditions in Fagridalur are poor due to heavy snow and ice.
The Reykjanesbraut road, South Iceland, will be impacted by snow and ice today so people travelling to Keflavík Airport can expect some travel disruption on their way.
