The 12th annual Reykjavík Shorts & Docs Festival opens 3rd April with a screening of the brand new film 20,000 Days on Earth where drama and reality combine in a fictitious 24 hours in the life of musician and international cultural icon Nick Cave

Reykjavík Shorts & Docs Festival is held at the home of independent and art films in Iceland Bíó Paradís in downtown Reykjavík and some screenings will be hosted at cafe/bar Stúdentakjallarinn which is located at the campus of the Univeristy of Iceland.

Reykjavík Shorts&Docs Festival was recently nominated as one of Top Five Coolest Short Film Festivals in the World by readers of Movie Maker Magazine.

Tickets for festival screenings at Bío Paradís are on sale at Bío Paradís and midi.is and admission to screenings at Stúdentakjallarinn are free.
