Terrible travel conditions, roads closed and domestic flight cancelled 161

All domestic flights have been cancelled due to the storm in southwest Iceland. According to Air Iceland’s web site passengers will receive updated information on possible departure times at 12.30 pm.

In north eats Iceland roads are widely closed or only passable for all-wheel drive trucks. Information on road conditions is updated steadily between 7.00 and 22.00 on the Icelandic Road and Coastal Administration’s (IRCA) website.
