The Icelandic Meteorological Office warns of a storm along the southwest coast of Iceland and in the central highlands Tuesday afternoon. Wind is expected to reach in excess of twenty meters per second.
The storm is due to bring substantial rain to West and South Iceland late tomorrow.
In contrast, in Northeast Iceland conditions are expected to remains dry and bright with temperatures around twenty degrees centigrade (68°F), albeit with a rather strong wind.
