Japanese cruise ship Asuka came to the port of Reykjavík earlier today with 29 individuals onboard with unidentified flu-like symptoms. None of the identified passengers are seriously ill. Following a short quarantine procedure and visit by a doctor from Iceland's Infectious Disease Control, passangers were allowed to go on shore.
The Asuka is carrying close to 1,000 passengers and around 100 crew members and is en route to the United States after beginning its excursion in Norway.
