Wild Reindeer of Iceland, an extensive exhibition on the Icelandic reindeer, opened in Harpa Music Hall on the 20th of June.
Included in the exhibition is an installation by Gagarín, an Icelandic design company that creates interactive media solutions. The installation allows guests to learn more about the reindeer in a new and interesting way. The exhibition also features a series of photographs by Carl Johan Utsi, a Saami photographer based in Sweden.
The Reindeer Parade, another part of this large exhibition, consists of life-size models of reindeer made from fiberglass that have each been decorated in unique ways by selected Icelandic artists.
Tickets to the Wild Reindeer exhibition can be bought on Harpa.is. The exhibition is open Mondays through Fridays between 9 am and 6 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am until 6 pm.
