Real estate valuation in the Greater Reykjavík area will be up substantially next year, reports the National Broadcasting Service. The real estate valuation increases the most in Reykjavík’s fashionable Vesturbær neighbourhood, by 16.9 %.
On average, the real estate valuation in the Greater Reykjavík area will increase by 6.7 % while other parts of the country will see a relatively smaller increase in value.
