As reported by ruv.is, the turnover of notarized bills of sale for property in the greater Reykjavik area were 16% higher for the first half of 2014 when compared to the same time last year. Whilst the price increase is quite significant year from year (up by 13.4% since 2012), the turnover is not comparable to 2007.
Property sales have increased significantly compared to last year.
