Police was called to Laugardalslaug pool yesterday after an argument between two men ended with one of the men attacking the other. The assault is under investigation, the local news site Vísir reports.

According to the diary of the Metropolitan Police staff at Laugardalslaug pool called the police to help calm a heated argument between two guests over a towel. The two men both believed they were the rightful owner of said towel, with neither yielding to the other. The pool staff had been unable to find a solution to the argument which ended in one of the men physically attacking the other.

The Police took charge of the situation, both men found ways to dry themselves and the assault is under investigation.
