The Department of Environment and planning in Reykjavík has approved plans to turn the top floor of the Höfðatorg tower into a small, luxurious hotel, reports Morgunblaðið. The tower, Iceland’s tallest building, is located at Katrínartún 2 and has an incredible panoramic view over Reykjavík’s skyline.
The hotel will be located on the 20th floor – which is actually the 19th floor as the building does not have a 13th floor, and will accommodate 16 guests.
