The bar and lounge area The design is a mix of minimalism and brutalism.

The look and the concept behind Oddsson was conceived by Icelandic design studio Döðlur.

“The design brief became some sort of a combination of styles. The concept is contrast high and low culture, leaving everything mainstream out,” explains Döðlur’s co-director Daníel Freyr Atlason and adds: “We take the concept very seriously, for example there is a luxurious hotel suite next to bunkbeds, there is a soundproof karaoke room in the middle of a fine dining restaurant, there is caviar on the take away menu and our own Oddsson custom made furnitures sit next to an extremely rare Pierre Jeanneret chair and Tomasso Barbi floor lamp.”

This approach makes Oddsson a fantastic destination for furniture lovers; a kind of gallery featuring very rare design gems.

Oddsson can accommodate up to 230 guests. Additionally it has a movie room and a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi.
