The Reykjanesbraut road, linking the captial to Keflavík International Airport, has been closed due to severe weather. The roads along Kjalarnes and Hafnarfjall, West Iceland, have also been closed. Hellisheiði, Lyngdalsheiði and Þrengslin are currently impassable.
