The knitwear designer focused on interesting textiles and simple cuts, as she had promised. Her inspiration was found in construction sites and work wear and the black caps the models donned were a clear sign of that.
Her designs were interesting, not your average woollen sweater. There were wild skirts, long knitted wests and shorts – not run-of-the-mill shorts but knee-length woollen shorts. The silhouette consisted of black, burgundy and different shades of grey.
When the lights went down and all the models walked out, taking their places at the edge of the runway, the audience was given a chance to participate in the show. Specialized flashlights lit up the garments giving them a little extra something and put a smile on the front-row faces.
