The annual international short film festival Northern Wave takes place for the seventh time in the small fishing village of Grundarfjörður, West Iceland, this weekend.
The festival was established in 2008 by local film maker Dögg Mósesdóttir, who wanted to bring life and culture to her hometown during off season.
