Snow and sleet showers are expected today, Wednesday, as temperatures remain low. The Icelandic Met Office predicts a brisk northwesterly breeze with 10-18 m/s winds (22-40 mph) in the East and Southeast today. Calmer weather expected in other parts of the country.

Minimum temperature -12 degrees Celsius (10 Fahrenheit).
