According to Stundin The Njáls Saga Centre’s website was hacked this weekend by a group purporting to be ISIS.
When entering the centre’s website, an image of the ISIS flag was seen stretched across the screen along with the words “We are everywhere”.

Mörður Ingólfsson, managing director of web hosting site 1984 ehf, says little damage was done to the site and likens the hack to graffiti, saying it no different than when hooligans paint over a public poster.
The website was quickly taken down for reparations and is up and running again.
