In Iceland, the usual Christmas dinner is glazed ham, smoked leg of lamb or ptarmigan. “Our twice smoked leg of lamb is extremely popular this year, as well as the ready-made beef Wellingtong,” said Jón Örn Stefánsson who works at the butcher shop Kjötkompaní in Hafnarfjörður.
