ELLA's AW 2014 show was heavily inspired by military uniforms and post-war materials and colours. There were leather bomber jackets, utilitarian woollen pants with a slightly baggy fit and lots of navy blue, grey and brown colours.
Models opened the show by marching in unison down the catwalk while civil defence alarms cried out. And to make sure the message had been received by all by the end of the show, it concluded with Destiny’s Child’s “Survivor”. ELLA is for all the independent, strong ladies out there!
