Icelandic farmers really love their Massey Ferguson tractors. According to the bi-weekly newspaper Bændablaðið (Farmersnews) the USA made agriculture vehicles were the biggest selling tractors in Iceland in 2014 and 2013.
Coming in number two are the Finland made Valtra tractors, which topped the bill in 2012.
Massey Ferguson had a 28% share of the market in 2014 and Valtra’s share was 23%. In a distant third place with 16% share are tractors from German company Claas.
