Nick Kontostavlakis, a Greek photographer recently released this beautiful and award winning time lapse video shot in Iceland. The video was shot in October 2015, when Nick and his crew rented a van to drive around Iceland enjoying the scenery, as well as capturing some of it for the rest of the world to enjoy.

Nick told Iceland Insider that it took him several months just editing the thousands upon thousands of photographs he took during his trip, and then months more to stitch them together into a video. The whole process took a year to complete. And it was well worth it: The video recently won an award as The Best Time-Lapse at Los Angeles Independent Film Festival Awards as well as being chosen Best of the Month-January by the Hollywood International Independent Documentary Awards.
