A low pressure area will trek over the country tomorrow, bringing cool northerly winds with it. The cooler temperatures are expected to last until next week, according to the Icelandic Met Office.  

Northern parts will be largely cloudy today, Monday, and will see some wintry showers. However, bright spells over the southern regions. Maximum temperature 8 degrees Celsius (46 Fahrenheit) in the South.
