Comedian and former mayor of Reykjavík Jón Gnarr has returned back to Iceland from Huston, Texas, where he served as the first Writer-in-Residence at Rice University’s Centre for Energy and Environmental Research in the Human Sciences.
Jón has now begun a new job as production editor for 365 Miðlar broadcasting company in Reykjavík. 365 Miðlar runs eight TV stations, five radio stations, news agents Fréttablaðið and Vísir and has produced television series such as Dagvaktin and Næturvaktin to name a few.
