A Japanese film crew has been spotted filming all around Snæfellsnes peninsula, west Iceland, over the past days. According to the local newsagent Skessuhorn, the crew is filming a reality show with Yuko Oshima, a former member of the Japanese idol girl group AKB48.
Among the activities the star has partaken in during her time in Grundarfjörður is sea angling and a visit to a handicraft session for pensioners at the local community centre.
