Icy conditions have caused slippery roads in South Iceland today. The Icelandic Road and Coastal Administration reports icy patches on the roads across Hellisheiði, Sandskeiði and Mosfellsheiði.
Slick road conditions are also to be expected on roads along the west coast, including Holtavörðuheiði road.
Snow is reported on the road across Hálfdán in the Westfjords, roads in other parts of the area are also covered in snow but travel conditions are reportedly good.
