Police in North Iceland were notified of a vehicle rollover north of Tjarnakot in Hrútafjarðarháls at around 9 pm yesterday evening. The car had gone off the icy road and rolled several times. The driver and her passenger were transported by ambulance to Akureyri hospital but did not sustain serious injuries, according to the National Broadcasting Service.
