A new survey shows that Icelanders are slightly less content with their next-door neighbours, summer holidays and job, compared to what they were in 2010, reports Morgunblaðið.
1,023 individuals responded to the survey, which was conducted by MMR and shows that 89.9 percent of those who answered were pleased with their neighbours, compared to 92.2 percent in 2010. When it came to summer holidays, 87.7 percent of respondents were content, compared to 91.1 percent five years earlier. 90.5 percent were content with work, a slightly lower figure than in 2010 when 91.2 percent claimed to be content with work.
