Pick-up artist Julien Blanc has been denied visas in Australia and Brazil for his misogyny and now Iceland could follow suit. In just over an hour more than seven hundred individuals signed a petition to prevent Julien from entering the country, reports the National Broadcasting Service.
Julien is a self-proclaimed ‘dating coach’ who holds seminars for men on how to pick up women. His methods have been described as misogynist and abusive, one of his tactics is to ‘never give women a chance to say no’ and to ‘attack women’s self-esteem’.
Iceland is to part of the Nordic leg of Julien’s world tour and he is set to visit the country in June next summer.
