Icelandair's Northern Lights aircraft will fly over Reykjavík at 5 pm today 2327

Icelandair’s new Boeing 757 aircraft will soar across Reykjavík at 5 pm today. Twenty members of the international press and former employees of Icelandair will be on board the Hekla Aurora during the air show.

What sets the aircraft apart from the rest of Icelandair’s fleet is its exterior; the aircraft’s entire body has been covered with images of the Northern Lights.

The company also developed a custom Northern Lights scene inside the plane, where shades of blue and green dance across the cabin.

Be sure to keep your eyes peeled to the sky at around 5pm today!
