Iceland will be the focal point of a new exhibition set to open in the Smithsonian museum in Washington next year, reports Mbl.is.
The exhibition includes fifty photographs by naturalist and cinematographer Feodor Pitcairn and texts by Icelandic geologist Ari Trausti Guðmundsson. The exhibition is done in collaboration with the Icelandic Embassy in Washington and Íslandsstofa Promote Iceland.
A book containing 140 photographs will be published alongside the exhibition.
