Comedian and former mayor of Reykjavík, Jón Gnarr, announced on his Facebook page that he plans to move with his family overseas to Houston, Texas, in January.
Jón was one of four recipients of The Lennon Ono Grant for Peace Award this year. At the award ceremony he was questioned about the possibility of him running for president in 2016.
“It’s certainly a possibility, however, right now it’s fairly unlikely,” he responded.
