Actor Tyrese Gibson arrived in Iceland today to film sceenes for the 8th Fast and the Furious movie. The actor, who originates from California, was not too happy with the snow and freezing temperatures that greeted him upon arrival but claims to be “fully committed to the job” in a video clip posted on Instagram.
Gibson will resume his role as Roman Pearce, a character he played in 2 Fast 2 Furious, Fast Five, Fast & Furious 6, and Furious 7.
Gibson is apparently the only cast member who will film scenes in Iceland. Filming takes place at Lake Mývatn in North Iceland.
