A new poll reveals that 93% of Icelanders use Facebook regularly, 67% uses Snapchat on a regular basis and 45% uses Instagram. 17% uses Twitter regularly, which is also the share of the global population which uses Facebook regularly.

Unsurprisingly social media use drops with age, only 81% of Icelanders 68 years or older use Facebook on a regular basis.
