Construction began at Grandi area in Reykjavik last week to create the largest whale museum in Europe.
In a 1700sq.m. (18,299sq.ft) storage unit by the harbor in Reykjavik, construction is in full effect to create the largest whale museum in Europe. The museum is expected to be the home of 23 full-size whale replicas. This will be the second museum in Iceland, but currently there is one in Húsavík in the North of Iceland.
