The Police Department in South Iceland received a call last weekend regarding a burglary into a fishing lodge by the river Ytri-Rangá. Two windows had been broken but, according to local news agent Sunnlenska, nothing was stolen.

The police was contacted again later that day with new information: It seems as though the perpetrator was a ram from a nearby farm. The ram had been let out to pasture that morning for the first time since winter and the ecstatic animal seems to have taken the celebrations a bit too far.
